No resolutions. 30 day goals.

I’ve never been a “resolutions” person but normally a goal setter for the entire year. This year after reading about Talent Revolution’s 30 Day Personal Revolution - Lifestyle Challenge. I decided this year I would do 30 Day Challenges. All of these 30 days challenge goals aren’t about losing a lot of weight or something really deep but simple things. From exploring outside of my normal mundane routine life and enhance my mind, body and spirit.

Feel free to follow my process as I will check in through out the month. Here is my January 2012 - 30 Day Challenge goals:

-30 day photo challenge (instagram)
-Do 100 sits up & 100 squats daily
-Go to two museums
-Run on the levee as the sun’s setting four times
-Paint my nails four time, four different colors
-Read the entire New Testament
-Hand wash my car
-Write two hand written notes a week and mail them
-One hour per day of Personal Development (reading, researching, etc.).
-Skype my nephews once per week
-Give two compliments to a stranger per day
-No french fries

Please hold me responsible and feel free to ask me about my progress. Here’s to no resolutions but 30 day goals! :)
